Your beach dream at 10212 S Colony South Drive! Adjacent to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and home to Nags Head’s quietest beaches, this location is perfect for rest and relaxation. When you are ready for an activity, the Oregon Inlet fishing center, the Bodie Island Lighthouse and the goods and services of Whalebone are just a short drive away. This home overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and the National Seashore land. With the living area, kitchen and two bedrooms on the mid-level, you’ll have one less set of steps to climb with groceries. There’s still a breathtaking panoramic view from the huge top floor sunroom. Add a mini split to that sunroom and increase the heated living area by over 300 square feet! There are also quite a few recent updates including some windows, window sashes, flooring, decks and rails. Enjoy this home this summer or focus on rentals and get good rental income! Home is rented sparingly so the actual income is not what it could be. As a result, there's less wear and tear here. Your beach dream at 10212 S Colony South Drive!
